Emily has experience working with school age children in the areas of articulation and speech sound disorders, language deficits, and social language concerns. She also has experience assessing and treating speech, language and hearing disorders in a medical setting.
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders with minors in Psychology and Spanish, Summa Cum Laude, from Elmhurst College. She was an undergraduate assistant clinician as well as an Elmhurst Learning Success Academy Student Intern. Emily received her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Elmhurst College.
Emily’s master thesis was on service delivery experiences of military families with children with special healthcare needs. Emily presented a poster at ASHA in November 2017.
