Why It Happens
Any injury sustained during physical activity, whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, deserves the same structured approach: identify exactly what is injured, then rebuild it in the right order rather than simply waiting for time to pass.
Getting back on the field is not only about the injury healing. It is about strength, control, and confidence catching back up to what your sport actually demands, which is where a lot of second injuries happen if that gap goes unaddressed.
The Honest Truth
No one has ever told us they started too early. Plenty have told us they wish they had called sooner.
How We Work On It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here is what the four phases look like.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
We reduce pain and inflammation and protect the injured area appropriately while it begins to heal.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
We rebuild the strength and control specific to the injured area, addressing both sides to close any gap that has developed.
Weeks 6–12
Perform
We add the cutting, jumping, or throwing mechanics your specific sport demands, in a controlled, progressive setting.
Week 12+
Prevent
Return to sport is measured against strength and performance criteria specific to your sport, not just time since injury.
The staff was awesome and I was able to recover from a serious sports injury well ahead of schedule.

Questions, Answered
Rest alone does not rebuild the strength and control your sport demands. Structured rehab closes that gap directly and reduces the risk of a repeat injury.
We will give you clear, specific criteria you have met, which you can share with your coach or team, though the final return-to-play decision involves your medical team as appropriate.
