Erin is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders at Northern Illinois University and Master of Science of Speech-Language Pathology Degree at Midwestern University. She worked in a skilled nursing facility for 5 years and has 7 years’ experience working in an acute hospital where she completes video fluoroscopic swallow studies and treats patients with dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, and cognitive impairments. She currently treats and evaluates children and adults with communication and feeding disorders at Therapy Care’s outpatient therapy clinic and remotely through teletherapy. Erin has extensive training and experience in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric and adult feeding/swallowing disorders, speech articulation disorders, apraxia, expressive/receptive language disorders, stuttering, and vocal cord dysfunction. Erin strives to provide a personalized experience for each and every client.
